Simon Butler
Finance Director

Simon is a chartered accountant with over 20 years’ experience, having started his career with Ernst & Young and subsequently held senior finance roles across a range of industries.

Simon joined Morgan Sindall in 2020 and was Group Financial Controller for Morgan Sindall Group prior to joining Morgan Sindall Property Services.

Simon leads the Finance and IT functions at Property Services, supporting our teams to deliver a high-quality service for our clients.
