Morgan Sindall Property Services (MSPS) work in partnership with Basildon Borough Council to deliver integrated asset management services to the Council’s 10,000 plus homes. This includes repairs, planned and cyclical maintenance programmes, improvement works as well as undertaking gas servicing, repairs and boiler renewals to 10,000 domestic gas heating systems.

The delivery of planned works incorporates all types of housing stock, as well as corporate buildings and buildings of significant interest. Our planned works are repair data led, and form part of a wider estate regeneration program.

The contract also includes repairs and maintenance to the Council’s non-residential properties, including the Towngate Theatre, Basildon Centre and local community halls.
