Morgan Sindall Property Services (MSPS) works in partnership with Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing Association to deliver responsive repairs and void refurbishment works for the Housing Association’s 3,600 properties across the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk and Northamptonshire and Suffolk regions.
We provide a complete range of repairs and maintenance services including day-to-day repairs, emergency repairs and refurbishment of void properties.
Key to this partnership is the development of social value initiatives helping to support the local community including employment opportunities, resident training, employability support and apprenticeships.
