Planned Maintenance

Each year we refurbish over 10,000 homes as part of planned maintenance programmes, bringing them up to the highest industry standard and ensuring that they are sustainable and safe for years to come.

Our planned maintenance services include:

  • Cyclical redecorations and pre-decoration repairs.

  • Fascia/cladding and rainwater goods renewals.
  • Concrete and brickwork repairs.
  • Internal and external insulation.
  • Estate and communal area refurbishment.

From survey to design and completion, we work across a variety of properties ranging from single dwellings to multi-storey blocks in quiet residential streets to busy thoroughfares. With over 30 years’ experience of delivering planned refurbishment works, we tailor our project delivery to suit the circumstances of each project, ensuring that our employees, residents and the general public are kept safe and informed every step of the way.

Procurement Clubs

Contributing to the local economy is important to us and establishing a local supply chain often has numerous business benefits. Before we start any planned maintenance programme we set up a local procurement club and invite local business and suppliers to find out how they can work with us.

In-house IT system

We take a proactive approach to planned maintenance programmes, using our MSi IT system to analyse historic repairs data in order to inform long-term planned, cyclical and preventative maintenance programmes.

MSi is also used to manage and record all planned refurbishment project delivery information, maintaining comprehensive and consistent records of documentation, project cost, progress against programme, and evidencing key performance indicators (KPIs). Our Client Portal offers our clients full access to the same level of information as our project teams, ensuring complete transparency.
