MSPS Partners with Pilotlight

Morgan Sindall Property Services is delighted to announce a partnership with social enterprise, Pilotlight.

Eight employees will take part in the Pilotlight Programme from March to May, supporting Your Sanctuary, a domestic abuse charity, to overcome specific challenges they are facing.

Pilotlight transforms the lives of disadvantaged people in the UK by offering charities and social enterprises access to the strategic business support they need to become more efficient, effective and sustainable. They do this by matching match teams from different private and public sector organisations with a specific charity or social enterprise.

We hope to create a lasting impact while providing a learning opportunity for our team to develop their leadership and problem-solving skills.  I am looking forward to seeing the outcomes this partnership will create.”

Over the three months, each team meets with their charity’s leader to discuss how they can offer support and provide solutions.
