Morgan Sindall Property Services work in partnership with Westminster City Council to deliver integrated asset management services to the Council’s 22,000 homes. This includes repairs, planned and cyclical maintenance programmes, improvement works as well as undertaking gas servicing, repairs and boiler renewals to 400 domestic gas heating systems.
We deliver enhanced service to supported housing which include repairs and planned works. We ensure single point of contact for residents and scheme managers through a dedicated project team. We also undertake strategic asset management surveys / reports providing details on individual property repairs and investment needs; communal block enhancements and provide a handyperson service.
