Apprentices | Current Opportunities
This is where you come in
You’ll learn your trade on the job under the careful mentoring of experienced engineers, while simultaneously working towards a nationally-recognised qualification. You’ll spend time in a classroom environment, developing the theoretical knowledge that will set you up for a long, successful career in property services. Throughout your apprenticeship you’ll be supported and mentored by an experienced colleague. We believe there is no better way to get started in this sector.
Your college fees and travel costs are covered, and you’ll be paid a salary for the work you do on-site. You’ll get a minimum of twenty-three days paid leave a year, plus all the usual bank holidays. Best of all, you’ll get the chance to get a national qualification and start building your professional reputation among colleagues, customers and subcontractors, establishing a firm foundation on which you can build a career.

Our Apprentice programmes are designed to build the practical, academic and communication skills that will help you develop your career. The programmes are broken down into three elements:
- Management development, consisting of problem solving, communication, and presentation skills – these are highly useful and transferable skills.
- Professional development, the structured professional training scheme appropriate to your job role or discipline.
- Ambassador duties, where you’ll act as an ambassador and represent Morgan Sindall Property Services at careers events; you’ll advise others if this is the right course for them.
