This is where you come in
You’ll learn your trade on the job under the careful mentoring of experienced engineers, while simultaneously working towards a nationally-recognised qualification. You’ll spend time in a classroom environment, developing the theoretical knowledge that will set you up for a long, successful career in property services. Throughout your apprenticeship you’ll be supported and mentored by an experienced colleague. We believe there is no better way to get started in this sector.
Your college fees and travel costs are covered, and you’ll be paid a salary for the work you do on-site. You’ll get a minimum of twenty-three days paid leave a year, plus all the usual bank holidays. Best of all, you’ll get the chance to get a national qualification and start building your professional reputation among colleagues, customers and subcontractors, establishing a firm foundation on which you can build a career.

Your Development
Our Apprentice programmes are designed to build the practical, academic and communication skills that will help you develop your career. The programmes are broken down into three elements:
- Management development, consisting of problem solving, communication, and presentation skills – these are highly useful and transferable skills.
- Professional development, the structured professional training scheme appropriate to your job role or discipline.
- Ambassador duties, where you’ll act as an ambassador and represent Morgan Sindall Property Services at careers events; you’ll advise others if this is the right course for them.

City Futures Programme | Westminster & Hammersmith & Fulham
A free two-week training programme for residents of Hammersmith & Fulham and Westminster aged 16+ not in work or education, which will develop understanding, expertise and knowledge needed to work in the building maintenance industry. Please note applicants will be required to attend the induction day on Friday 3rd March.
Course Dates:
6th – 17th March 2023
Upon successful completion of the course, you will gain:
- Level 2 OCN Sustainability and Exploring Carpentry and Joinery
- Gateway Level 1 Health and Safety

Waltham Futures Programme | Waltham Forest
A free four-day training programme to help kick start a career in quantity surveying with a guaranteed interview for an apprentice role at Morgan Sindall Property Services (MSPS) For residents in Waltham Forest, the programme will provide an introduction into an in-demand career.

A free weeklong business administration course for Basildon residents aged 16+ not in work or education, providing an introduction to essential knowledge and skills needed to work in a business administrative role.
