Moat Homes

Morgan Sindall Property Services (MSPS) works in partnership with Moat Homes to deliver responsive repairs, emergency repairs cyclical maintenance programmes and planned works programmes for the housing associations 12,000 properties in Essex, Kent, London and Sussex.

Key to this partnership is the development of social value initiatives helping to support the local community including employment opportunities, resident training, employability support and apprenticeships.

The MSPS team are co located with the Housing Association in Dartford, Kent.
