On behalf of Ashford Borough Council and Moat Housing, Morgan Sindall Property Services are currently delivering a 30 year full asset management and lifecycle maintenance service to 315 properties and associated buildings.

The scope of works include 24/7 repairs and maintenance service to all assets, planned preventative maintenance works, domestic and communal gas servicing and repairs, compliance testing of electrical installations, cyclical maintenance works, including painting and decorating, grounds maintenance, pest control and disabled adaptations.
