Evolving service delivery

The housing sector is changing rapidly, and we understand the growing pressure placed on landlords and providers to make savings whilst maintaining high levels of customer service. The way we maintain buildings and the construction and technologies used within them are always evolving, as well as the customers and residents that use them. At Morgan Sindall we are constantly evolving to meet these new challenges.

MSi works and asset management system

We continue to develop our MSi IT system which allows us to simultaneously manage multiple work streams, and collect and analyse an unprecedented amount of asset and customer data. By openly sharing data with our clients, we are able to make informed recommendations regarding asset management and customer engagement strategies. MSi has been developed in-house, which gives us total control over the development and adaptation of the system to meet the needs of each client.
