St Albans City & District Council
Morgan Sindall Property Services (MSPS) work in partnership with St Albans City and District Council to deliver integrated asset management services to the Council’s 4,800 homes. This includes repairs, planned and cyclical maintenance programmes, improvement works as well as the management of empty properties and Council-owned garages.
Key to this contract is the development of social value initiatives helping to support the local community including employment opportunities, resident training, employability support and apprenticeships.
