Trades roles

We work with a range of trades people as well as mechanical and electrical engineers to make sure that our properties are safe and working properly. We take care of thousands of properties and offer a personal service to everyone.


In the commercial division we make sure that all the financial aspects of a project are running on time and as planned, we are getting paid for our work and all our projects are on budget.

Marketing and Bids

Promoting and driving the vision of a company is critical to our marketing team. The team is responsible for planning, developing and implementing the strategic business goals and objectives. It’s achieved through key market research, monitoring trends and always listening to our customer needs. Our bids team researches, evaluates and plans our strategic tenders / bids, supply selection questionnaires (SSQ’s) and helps develop the mobilisation of all new contracts.

Human Resources

Our employees are the lifeblood to our business; our HR team supports, develops and helps provides the best possible opportunities for our people to grow. Working with the business leaders covering off recruitment, training and development (including career planning), rewards and wellbeing, it plays a strategic role in managing the workplace culture and environment.


Creating and maintaining good working relationships with our suppliers is vital for our procurement team. They drive compliance of purchasing materials and supplies for project management activities, negotiate purchasing contracts (including pricing, delivery and specification) and make sure arrangements are fulfilled in accordance with legal requirements.


Making sure our engineers get to our residents safely is the responsibility of our Fleet team. They are accountable for the management of our transportation, this includes maintenance, accident reporting and ensuring it’s compliant with all our policies and procedures.


We are reliant on technology to deliver smart initiatives to improve our customer experience and service delivery – our IT team is instrumental in achieving these business goals. They are responsible for the development of our digital systems to drive efficiencies, improve functionality and create enhanced acumen using our data insight proposition.

Project Management

Project management is the link between us and the client – we manage the team and make sure the client’s needs are met. We’re responsible for the entire delivery from customer satisfaction to financial effectiveness.

Customer service

It’s the people that make a difference and we have great teams in all our Customer Contact Centres. Our Customer Service teams are critical to our operation, taking calls from our residents, understanding the issue and scheduling an appropriate trades person or engineer to attend to resolve the issue reported.

Admin support

None of our projects would be possible without a strong team in all departments. Administration support is crucial for the work we do in Property Services and so our success is down to the dedicated people who work to make sure each of our projects runs smoothly.

Supervision and Senior Management

We expect the best from the people who work for us so we offer them all the support they need to be successful. As figureheads for the business, our senior management aims to provide our people with the flexibility they need to reach their full potential.
