Morgan Sindall Property Services Wins at the Westminster Community Awards
We’re delighted to announce that Morgan Sindall Property Services (MSPS) has won the Corporate Social Responsibility category at the 2025 Westminster Community Awards – a meaningful recognition of the social value we’re delivering across the borough.
This award highlights the positive and lasting impact we’re making in Westminster, going far beyond maintaining homes. Through our work, we’re creating opportunities, strengthening the community, and helping improve lives.
With supporting the local community being at the heart of everything we do, over the past year, we’ve delivered a wide range of social value initiatives, including:
- Creating local jobs and apprenticeships for Westminster residents
- Providing skills training and career mentoring to support long-term employment
- Volunteering our time to support community events and local causes
- Making charitable donations to organisations that support vulnerable residents
- Working with schools and colleges to raise awareness of careers in the property services industry
