We’re proud of the impact achieved this year and remain focused on building on that success through meaningful, locally‑led initiatives.”
All social value figures are independently certified by Social Value Portal, providing assurance over how MSPS’s activities contribute to the longterm wellbeing, resilience and prosperity of residents and Uncontrolled document when printed communities. The measurement also helps identify where future activity can deliver even greater impact.
Guy Battle, CEO and Founder of Social Value Portal said: “The built environment touches all of our lives every day, from where people work to where they live and socialise. That makes it one of the most consequential sectors for getting social value right, and Morgan Sindall Property Services is one of the organisations treating it with the seriousness it deserves. We’re proud to have validated £70 million of social value on their behalf over the last year, and look forward to seeing what they go on to deliver for the communities they work in.”
