Morgan Sindall Property Services and L&Q Win Bronze at National Site Awards
Morgan Sindall Property Services (MSPS) has won a Bronze Award alongside housing association L&Q at the National Site Awards, delivered by the Considerate Constructors Scheme, recognising exceptional community engagement, standards in site management, and respect for residents.
The award celebrates the collaborative approach between MSPS and L&Q, highlighting their shared commitment to delivering high-quality works while minimising disruption, prioritising safety and maintaining open communication with residents and local communities.
The National Site Awards recognise construction sites that demonstrate excellence against the Scheme’s key pillars, including the community, environment and care for the workforce, as well as setting high standards of appearance, safety and professionalism.
