Certified as a Level 2 Disability Confident Employer

Morgan Sindall Property (MSPS) are delighted to share that we have renewed our Level 2 – Disability Confident Employer status. The Government’s Disability Confident scheme encourages businesses to think differently about disability when shaping recruitment, retainment and development processes. Over 19,000 organisations have signed up for the Disability Confident Scheme across the UK.
Being accredited demonstrates that at MSPS, we are serious about recruiting, retaining, and developing disabled people and those with long-term health conditions. We aim to create a culture that supports its disabled employees through improved mental health and wellbeing, increased accessibility, and equal opportunities to grow.
