Waltham Forest Council

Morgan Sindall Property Services (MSPS) work in partnership with Waltham Forest Council to deliver its borough-wide housing repairs and maintenance programme for the Council’s 10,000 homes, plus its 2,000 leaseholders.

We provide a range of repairs and maintenance services including day-to-day repairs; emergency repairs; refurbishment of void properties and out-of-hours services. MSPS also carry out planned improvement works and special projects including the Council’s kitchen and bathroom replacement and window renewal programmes as well as decorating work and improvements to communal areas on estates.

Key to this partnership is the development of social value initiatives helping to support the local community including employment opportunities, resident training, employability support and apprenticeships.
