MSPS supports St Albans District Council Housing Services Day
Last month Morgan Sindall Property Services (MSPS) supported St Albans District Council Housing Service Day at the Alban Arena, Civic Centre St Albans.
MSPS Planners and Operatives were on hand to help residents discuss any housing issues and help report or enquire about booking a repair. Our smoothie bike also created a bit of fun – we had over 100 residents blend their own free smoothie!
During the day there was lots of fun activities for children such as music, arts / crafts activities, face painting, free popcorn plus lots of information stalls.
Mark Franklin, MSPS Partnership Manager for St Albans District Council, said “We were delighted to support this community day. We really enjoy meeting the residents, organising and helping them with any reporting and booking a repair service. Hopefully they will recognise some friendly faces and our business when we are completing works within the community.”

I enjoyed meeting the residents, and it was great to explain our ‘Work to Learn’ programme Prospex plus I received some great feedback for our future CSR projects.
