MSPS awarded place on Network Homes £52m Planned Maintenance Framework
Morgan Sindall Property Services is one of four service providers awarded a place on Network Homes Planned Maintenance Framework.
The Framework is for four years and worth up to £13m per annum. The scope of works include internal and external planned improvement works to kitchen and bathrooms, roofs, windows and doors, cyclical decoration and potentially some EWI and sound insulation works. The works are expected to start this summer and can be directly awarded or via a mini tender process.
Network Homes manages over 19,000 homes in 36 local authority areas covering mainly London and the Home Counties. The housing stock is spread over a diverse geographical area with a variety of locations and types of property.
Gary Lester, Managing Director said: “We are delighted to have secured a place on this Framework. Our planned works order book is growing in line with our expectations and as such we are well resourced and well placed to deliver these type of works across various locations and property types. We look forward to working with Network Homes and their residents over the next four years.”
