Morgan Sindall Property Services Gains Three Nominations at Construction News Awards and Unlock Net Zero Awards

Morgan Sindall Property Services (MSPS) are incredibly proud to have been shortlisted at the 2025 Construction News Awards in the category of Low Carbon Project of the Year and at the 2025 Unlock Net Zero Awards in the categories of Retrofit Contractor of the Year and Retrofit Project of the Year with Amplius.

Construction News Awards – Low Carbon Project of the Year with Amplius

Our nomination for The Low Carbon Project of the Year with Amplius, recognises projects that have shown how low carbon techniques, technologies and practices, which have contributed to project client satisfaction, supply chain best practice and innovation.

MSPS are undertaking upgrades to over 581 homes as part of Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund Wave 2.1, which aims to be completed by the end of June, and we have just been appointed to deliver an additional £40m Social Housing Fund (SHF) Wave 3 contract for the housing association.

Unlock Net Zero Awards – Retrofit Contractor of the Year and Retrofit Programme of the Year with Amplius

Retrofit Contractor of the Year recognises contractors who have demonstrated outstanding commitment to sustainability in their work. MSPS have been nominated for their ability to integrate environmentally responsible practices across all phases of our projects, from planning and design to construction, operation, and maintenance.

We have also been nominated for our leadership in reducing environmental impacts, improving resource efficiency, and championing green building practices.

The Construction News Awards will take place on the 10ᵗʰ of July in London and the Unlock Net Zero Awards will take place as part of Housing 2025, on the 24 th June in Manchester.
