Morgan Sindall Property Services Wins Planned Works Contract with The Guinness Partnership
Morgan Sindall Property Services (MSPS) has secured a £110m contract with The Guinness Partnership for its planned maintenance programme in the Home Counties.
The contract, which runs for a period of 15 years will see MSPS responsible for supporting The Guinness Partnership with their planned asset maintenance and energy efficiency improvements across their housing stock.
MSPS have worked with The Guinness Partnership for the past two years and in this time have achieved an excellent customer satisfaction score of 96%.
The partnership will also deliver meaningful social value through employment opportunities, support for the local supply chain, and a wide range of community and charitable initiatives and events.
