Morgan Sindall Property Services Shortlisted at The Retrofit Academy Awards
We are thrilled to announce that Morgan Sindall Property Services (MSPS) has been shortlisted in the Best Social Housing Led Retrofit Programme and Retrofit Contractor of the Year categories at the 2025 Retrofit Academy Awards.
The awards recognise excellence across the challenges of increasing the quality and the scale of retrofit in the UK and identify the leading professionals making their mark in the PAS 2035 era, showcasing the projects that demonstrate good practice.
Improving the living conditions of our residents and helping our clients to achieve their net zero goals is a priority for us, so these nominations recognise our commitment to innovation, quality, and advancing sustainable practices.
The awards ceremony will happen on the 4th March.
