Morgan Sindall Property Services Appoints New Business Director and Pre-Construction Director

Morgan Sindall Property Services (MSPS) has appointed Ciaran O’Shea as New Business and Partnerships Director and Andrew Charlton as Pre-Construction Director to support the companies continued growth strategy.

With over 25 years’ experience in the property and housing sector, Ciaran joins from Equans where he was Business Development Director for the southern region. Prior to that he was Business Development Director for Mears Group where he played a key role in developing and diversifying their service offering.

Andrew brings a wealth of experience to the business starting his career in delivery, then moving to pre-construction. Andrew joins us from Wates Group, where the last five years he held the position of Pre- Construction Director for their southern region.
