Morgan Sindall Property Service Secures £4.5 million Hard FM Contract with Thames Valley Police
Morgan Sindall Property Services (MSPS) has secured a three-year Hard Facilities Management (FM) contract to deliver reactive maintenance and repairs and planned preventative maintenance for Thames Valley Police (TVP), maintaining a well-established and successful partnership.
Under this new contract, the MSPS team will provide planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and responsive repairs to over 350 buildings for TVP, which consist of operational buildings, training centres and administration buildings.
The renewed contract, valued at £4.5 million, is scheduled to commence in October 2025. It will run for an initial term of three years, with the option to extend for a further two years.

The contract covers day-to-day repairs and breakdowns, as well as scheduled preventative works to maintain key building elements. Its scope includes repairs, redecoration, drainage, guttering, doors and windows, access equipment, and protection guardrails.
