Fusion21 Appoints Morgan Sindall Property Services to £1bn Decarbonisation Framework

Following a competitive tender process, Morgan Sindall Property Services (MSPS) are delighted to announce that we have been appointed to a new four-year Decarbonisation Framework, worth up to £1bn in total.
28 companies have secured a place on the framework, developed for Local Authority and Housing association landlords to improve the energy efficiency of their social housing stock.
The framework will provide us with the opportunity to support customers in the North East, Yorkshire and Humberside, South East and East of England and London regions. In addition, it will support the design and installation of energy efficiency measures, reducing energy bills for resident and improving the comfort of their homes.
