Delivering Lasting Improvements for South Woodham Ferrers, Chelmsford
Morgan Sindall Property Services (MSPS) has completed an extensive programme of improvement works across more than 38 homes in South Woodham Ferrers, Chelmsford, delivered in partnership with The Guinness Partnership.
Spanning three residential blocks, the project focused on modernising building exteriors, improving energy performance, and enhancing day-to-day comfort for residents.
Across the estate, residents benefited from a range of carefully planned improvements. These included renewing cladding, installing new windows and patio doors, upgrading roofline systems, completing timber repairs, and refreshing previously painted surfaces.
For the apartment blocks, the programme also included external render repairs, a full facade redecoration and the installation of a new Integrated Reception System (IRS) to improve TV signal distribution.
Together, these upgrades have given the buildings a fresh appearance while strengthening durability and creating warmer, more efficient homes.
From early planning to final handover, MSPS and The Guinness Partnership worked closely to maintain quality, minimise disruption and ensure residents felt supported throughout.
