Building the Future with our Apprentices
We’re celebrating the 15th National Apprenticeship Week and the theme this year is ‘build the future’. This reflects on how apprenticeships can help individuals to develop the skills and knowledge required for a rewarding career, and businesses to develop a talented workforce that is equipped with future-ready skills.
At Morgan Sindall Property Services (MSPS), we’re proud to currently have 44 apprentices across the business, helping us to achieve our business goals with the work that they do.
We have two different kinds of apprenticeships:
Upskilling – employees who have either applied or been selected for opportunities to progress and develop in their career. There are loads of fantastic courses available, from NVQs in trades roles right the way through to MBAs.
Direct – have been recruited through our Level 1 Traineeship programmes run by our Social Value team within our communities or through job adverts.
Hear From Our Apprentices
We’ve compiled a collection of videos, interviews and quotes from some of our apprentices sharing how they came to apply for the role, what they’ve enjoyed most, what they’ve learned and where they plan to go as they ‘build the future’.
Keep an eye on our blog page for more interviews with our apprentices across the week.
