Morgan Sindall Achieves Gold Accreditation with the Armed Forces Covenant

Morgan Sindall Property Services (MSPS) together with its sister companies across the Morgan Sindall Group, has achieved Gold accreditation through the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) – the highest honour awarded under the Armed Forces Covenant.

This achievement recognises the Group’s ongoing commitment to supporting serving personnel, veterans, reservists, and military families. It highlights the positive steps taken across the business to ensure those connected to the Armed Forces are welcomed, supported, and given fair opportunities in civilian life.

The Armed Forces Covenant, launched in 2011, is a promise between the Armed Forces, government, businesses, and charities. It ensures that those who serve or have served – along with their families – are treated with fairness and respect, particularly in areas such as employment, healthcare, and wellbeing.

At MSPS we understand the value and transferable skills that former service members bring to our business. Whether it’s in our property services, construction, or fit-out divisions, we are committed to being an inclusive and supportive employer for those transitioning from military life. We also recognise and respond to the unique challenges faced by military families.

Achieving Gold accreditation reflects the dedication across our teams to create a workplace where all members of the Armed Forces community feel welcomed, valued, and empowered to thrive.
