Winner of Work Experience Employer of the Year at the Oaklands College Celebration Event

Morgan Sindall Property Services (MSPS) has been awarded Work Experience Employer of the Year at the Oaklands College Employer Celebration Event. We were nominated for three awards: Innovation & Creativity Partner of the Year, Employer of the Year, and Work Experience Employer of the Year.

The event hosted by the college honoured the exceptional achievements of their employer partners and apprentices at the St Albans Campus. This recognition celebrates our commitment to creating high-quality, immersive work experience opportunities that inspire young people, build confidence, and help them develop the skills needed for future careers.

Oaklands College, based in St Albans, plays an important role in developing future talent in the local community. As the provider of repairs and maintenance services for St Albans & District Council, we’re proud to support the borough both through our core services and by investing in the next generation.

The award follows the success of our immersive work experience programme, delivered in collaboration with Oaklands College and St Albans City & District Council. The programme gave students the chance to explore different areas of our business, take part in hands-on sessions, and gain insight into what a career in the housing and property services sector could look like.
