National Apprentice Week 2023 Celebrates Skills for Life
National Apprenticeship Week (NAW) 2023 is the 16th annual week-long celebration of apprenticeships.
The theme for National Apprenticeship Week 2023 is “Skills for Life”; reflecting on how apprenticeships can help individuals to develop the skills and knowledge required for a rewarding career, and businesses to develop a talented workforce that is equipped with future-ready skills.
Throughout the week Morgan Sindall Property Services (MSPS) are shining a light on the positive impact that apprenticeships have on colleagues and our business.
Currently, MSPS have 40 apprentices covering a range of roles including trades such as plumbing, electrical and property maintenance, and in our offices supporting business administration.
One of these apprentices is Joseph Salmon, an Electrical Apprentice on the East End Homes contract, who has shared with us the skills and knowledge he has learned on his apprenticeship alongside his mentor and Electrical Supervisor, Michael Jones.
