MSPS achieves 100% gas compliance four months in a row for Westminster
The safety and security of our customers is at the forefront of what we do which is why achieving 100% gas compliance four months in a row is real testament to the hard work and dedication of our Westminster team.
Jason Killen, M&E Contracts and Programmes Manager for Westminster City Council (WCC) said: “I would like to thank MSPS for their assistance in helping Westminster City Council achieve 100% gas compliance.
“WCC and MSPS have jointly achieved 100% compliance; this is down to Morgan Sindall and WCC working cohesively.
“Without the help of the client and contractor gas teams working with the housing teams, dealing with customer interaction and going the extra mile with community engagement and the contact centre, staff taking front line calls and booking service appointments, this continued success and resident safeguarding would not be possible.
“Many thanks for the continued support, diligence and collaboration…a herculean effort!!”
James Tranham, Building Services Director for MSPS said: “We are currently at 100% for the month of June with 686 properties completed and have 14 properties left in July to service. We also have 40 properties left for the month of August and we are actively seeking to get these completed before the end of the month in the hope we can achieve 100% six months in a row.
We are really starting to see the benefits derived from Click’s resource optimisation capabilities, it has enabled much more visibility of our long term planning and scheduling leading to greater productivity.
Thanks again to everyone for their continued efforts in aiming for top marks and not settling for anything less.”
