Morgan Sindall Property Services Shortlisted for Multiple Industry Awards
We’re proud to announce that Morgan Sindall Property Services (MSPS) has been shortlisted for several prestigious awards this autumn – a fantastic recognition of the brilliant work happening across our teams. From driving social value to strengthening our approach to decarbonisation, these nominations highlight the difference we are making for our clients, people and the communities we work in.
Social Value Awards 2025
First up, we are delighted to have been shortlisted for the Creating Capability Award at the Social Value Awards 2025. This award celebrates the contribution of our Social Value and HR teams in building knowledge and capability, supporting the upskilling of our people, and helping to deliver the wider Social Value Economy.
With over 270 submissions, being shortlisted alongside peers from across the public, private, SME, and third sectors is a huge achievement. We look forward to joining fellow nominees at the Social Value Conference on 23rd October at the Birmingham Eastside Rooms, where the winners will be revealed.
Housing Executive Awards 2025
In addition, we’re thrilled to share that we’ve also been nominated for two awards at the Housing Executive Awards 2025, which takes place on 14th October at the Bolton Wanderers Stadium.
The Housing Executive Awards are the UK’s dedicated social housing awards, celebrating innovation, excellence, and the individuals and organisations making a difference in the sector.
Our nominations are:
- Rising Star / Best Trainee Award – for our Social Value Officer, Chloe Sykes.
- Best Decarbonisation Approach – recognising our commitment to delivering sustainable, low-carbon housing solutions with our partner Amplius.
