Morgan Sindall Property Services Shortlisted for Best Warm Home Programme at NHMF Awards
Morgan Sindall Property Services (MSPS) is proud to announce that we have been shortlisted for the “Keeping Residents Warm – Best Warm Home Programme” at the National Housing Maintenance Forum (NHMF) Awards 2026, taking place on January 19th in Stratford-upon-Avon.
The programme forms part of our Wave 2.1 retrofit work in partnership with Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council, where we’ve focused on improving energy efficiency and reducing fuel poverty for residents. This nomination recognises our commitment to supporting residents through innovative and practical solutions that help keep homes warm and energy-efficient, particularly during the colder months.
