Morgan Sindall Property Services (MSPS) work in partnership with Barnet Group to deliver a full range of internal and external refurbishment works to 15,000 homes.

Internal works including kitchen and bathroom replacements, electrical works, including rewiring and installation of fire doors. External works include window and door renewals, roofing repair/replacement, and structural works.

MSPS also deliver a Cyclical Electrical Testing programme to over 5,000 homes per year, this includes domestic rewires per annum, upgrades to communal electrical installations, and the renewal of electrical rising and lateral mains.
