Morgan Sindall Property Services (MSPS) works in partnership with Eastend Homes, based in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets to deliver integrated asset management services to over 3,000 homes across three estates. This contract is based on an innovative ‘local estate’ based approach with a dedicated team based within a housing office set up on the Mile End, Island Gardens and St George’s Estate.

We provide a wide range of services to residents including repairs, void refurbishments, compliance services, along with planned works to their larger occupied housing blocks.
