Morgan Sindall Property Services works in partnership with EastendHomes, a registered provider of social housing, based in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets to deliver integrated asset management services to over 3,000 homes across three estates. This ten-year contract is based on an innovative ‘local estate’ based approach with a dedicated team based within a housing office set up on the Mile End, Island Gardens and St George’s Estate.

We provide a wide range of services to the estate residents including 24/7/365 repairs, void refurbishments and compliance services. The internal and external planned refurbishment works started in 2018.

We work closely with Bromley By Bow Centre to deliver a range of social value initiatives, such as apprenticeships or corporate volunteering, to local residents of all ages and backgrounds.
