Celebrating Our Apprentices
Morgan Sindall Property Services (MSPS) is delighted to celebrate the 14th annual National Apprenticeship Week. This year’s theme, ‘Build the Future’ focusses on how we can train, retain and achieve more with apprenticeships.
MSPS offers apprenticeship opportunities which provide on the job training so people can also gain work experience, that will enhance their prospects along with achieving a nationally recognised qualification.
To celebrate the week, we spoke to Dan Clarke, an electrical apprentice on our Basildon contract, who told us about the opportunities an apprenticeship has given him. Watch the video opposite.
MSPS offers upskilling apprenticeships to MSPS employees, and direct apprenticeships to our residents; both programmes typically last between 12-24 months. Congratulations to the 11 upskilling apprentices and 4 direct apprentices who have successfully completed the programme! This year, 36 apprentices have enrolled, including 15 upskilling apprentices and 21 direct apprentices.
Our Work to Learn traineeship programme offers training, structured work experience and employment opportunities for residents of all ages and backgrounds.
