MSPS Basildon team achieves top marks in gas compliance

The safety and security of our customers is at the forefront of what we do. Therefore, Morgan Sindall Property Services (MSPS) is delighted to report that the hard work and dedication of our contract team in Basildon has been invaluable in achieving 100% gas compliance over the past 12 months.

Peter Long, Property Services Delivery Manager at Basildon Borough Council said: “This achievement is testament to true partnership working. Both Basildon Borough Council and Morgan Sindall continue to work as one team to deliver safe and secure homes for our residents. Well done to all involved.”

Glenn Monksfield, Partnership Director at MSPS, said: “This contract includes one of our largest gas compliance programme with 9,739 properties. With such a large number of properties to service, the team often have to work weekends and out of hours to gain access. This was a real team effort and I would like to thank everyone for going above and beyond to achieve this fantastic result.”
