Morgan Sindall Property Services Delivers £70 Million in Social Value to Communities
Morgan Sindall Property Services (MSPS) has created £70 million of Social Value across all contracts for April 2024 – April 2025 certified by the Social Value Portal. This contribution has been certified by the Social Value Portal highlighting MSPS’s dedication to creating lasting, measurable change for residents and communities.
These contributions included:
- £67,000 in charitable donations
- 1,390 hours of career support
- 2,609 weeks of apprenticeship training
- Engagement with 7,692 pupils through our social mobility programme
MSPS’s Social Value programme is built on five core pillars, Community Cohesion, Economic Resilience, Social Mobility, Local Partnerships, and Protecting the Environment, which guide how we design and deliver initiatives that support those who need it most. These pillars are aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals helping us to contribute to reducing inequality, protecting the planet, and promoting inclusive growth.
