Morgan Sindall Property Services (MSPS) works in partnership with Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing Association to deliver responsive repairs and void refurbishment works for the Housing Association’s 3,600 properties across the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk and Northamptonshire and Suffolk regions.

Our five-year contract started in September 2015, and has the potential to be extended for a further five years. MSPS provides a complete range of repairs and maintenance services including day-to-day repairs; emergency repairs and refurbishment of void properties.
