Morgan Sindall Property Services work with Grove Village Limited as part of the PFI Consortium alongside our partner Your Housing Group and have overall FM responsibility to provide a comprehensive service to 517 social rented properties and grounds across the estate.

Throughout the contract term of 30 years, we provide a wide range of services to the estate residents in Manchester, including 24/7/365 repairs and maintenance service; planned maintenance works; domestic and communal gas servicing and repairs; mechanical and electrical maintenance services; cyclical works, including painting and decorating; aids and adaptations; environmental, landscaping and; life cycle replacement.
