We are currently working on a number of contracts that last for periods in excess of 30 years. This has allowed us to work with our clients to develop innovative maintenance solutions to deliver efficiencies over the complete asset lifecycle.
24/7/365 contact centre
Our dedicated 24/7/365 contact centre provides a single point of contact for all facilities and property maintenance. Our approach is supported by our in-house MSi IT system. MSi gives us our contact centre staff a real-time view of all asset data, and enables us to make informed decisions on resource allocation, geographic location, and scope of works. We map repair, component and cost data to assist our clients in developing planned preventative maintenance programmes.
