Winners at the NHMF

Morgan Sindall Property Services (MSPS) together with Basildon Borough Council shared award success at the 2018 National Housing Maintenance Conference by scooping The Most Improved Asset Management Service Award.

The Award Judges were impressed with the wide–reaching range of benefits the asset management service had delivered to all parties, including the residents and the wider community.

Peter Long, Housing Repairs Service Manager, Basildon Borough Council said:  “We are delighted to have received this award from the NHMF.  We had an ambition of true partnership working with Morgan Sindall Property Services and we are very pleased with our achievements and efficiencies in only the second year of our contract.”

Glenn Monksfield, Operations Manager for MSPS said: “This award is recognition of the hard work and commitment from both Basildon Council and Morgan Sindall employees over the last two years. I am extremely proud of this partnership and our achievements to date.”
