Paul started his career as an apprentice, later joining the Housing Forum and Local Government Task Force promoting partnering and rethinking construction.

Paul has been a Director of both regional and national maintenance contractors and is Chair of the National Housing Maintenance Contractor Forum and on the steering group for the NHMF.

With over 30 years’ experience in housing maintenance, he has worked for many years driving best practice in the sector and has contributed to best practice publications by the National Housing Federation on maintenance and asset management. He also works as an advisor to Inside Housing magazine on repairs and maintenance and sits on the board of PROCAT helping to drive social value within the industry. Paul is currently working with HouseMark on best practice clubs and how information technology can improve efficiency in maintenance.

Paul’s role as Partnerships Director involves working with our clients in delivering innovation and best practice.

Andy has over 26 years’ experience of service delivery and growth both in housing repairs and housing management. Initially starting out as a Quantity Surveyor, Andy has progressed through senior surveying, commercial management, Regional Commercial Director and now undertakes the role as Commercial Director for the business. Andy is an active member of the Institute of Directors; an organisation that encourages entrepreneurial activity and promotes responsible business practice for the benefit of the business community and society as a whole. In his role as Commercial Director, Andy is responsible for ensuring compliance with our contractual requirements from bid stage through to contract completion. He works with staff, customers and supply chain partners to deliver an innovative service that meets the needs of customers and communities, while ensuring at all times remaining compliant with legislative standards and industry best practice.

Marcus has over 30 years’ experience in delivery of large scale Social Housing Projects and provides strategic direction across our business, having joined Morgan Sindall in November 2016. A hands-on problem solver with a high rate of achievement, his focus has been on delivering contractual enhancement and excellence through heightened levels of service delivery to our clients. Marcus provides strong leadership with a wealth of operational, sales, financial and commercial awareness with an overarching passion and desire to create long term, sustainable relationships with our clients, leading to heightened levels of service delivery through creation of high performing teams.
Shane Greaves – Regional Director (North)
Shane Greaves – Regional Director (North)
Shane has worked in the housing maintenance industry for over 17 years developing leadership and management skills within the building maintenance industry for both direct local authority labour organisations. Shane has a comprehensive understanding of mobilisation and change management through procurement, operational leadership, customer service centres, back office support and subcontractors. Since joining, Shane has been instrumental in mobilising many contracts throughout the Northern region.
