Morgan Sindall Property Services is a property maintenance provider, with over 30 years’ experience within the affordable housing sector.

The company provides planned and reactive maintenance to over 200,000 domestic properties nationwide and has a significant portfolio of large-scale refurbishment programmes. The company refurbish and modernise approximately 10,000 homes and complete in excess of 300,000 repairs a year.

Using data insight, Morgan Sindall Property Services delivers actionable insights for clients and identifies vulnerabilities in communities, helping to reduce risk and keep customers safe.

Morgan Sindall Property Services employs over 800 employees, across 15 locations in the UK.

Our clients

We work in partnership with Housing Associations, Registered Social Landlords, Local Authorities and Government Departments to deliver planned and reactive repair programmes, where we manage and coordinate a host of multi-trade teams across the UK. We work across a range of contracts that vary in size from £100k to over £35 million per annum.
