Our integrated supply chain sees our partnership workings extended through an established supplier and subcontractor network. This further enhances the level and quality of services we are able to provide for clients and customers.


We adopt a value-based approach to supply chain procurement, working with both major national builders’ merchants and smaller local suppliers and subcontracted partners. While the former enables us to take advantage of bulk purchasing rates, discounts and extended warranties, the latter offer extensive local knowledge and form an integral part of our commitment to social and economic investment in the communities we serve.

All of our supply chain partners are thoroughly vetted for capability, capacity and credibility. They are fully integrated into our local partnership teams to ensure consistent standards of quality, value and customer care – participating in the same inductions, partnering workshops and review meetings as our own in-house teams.

They bring substantial expertise to the table in terms of parts and materials and regularly support us in whole-life costing exercises to maximise value for our clients.

Our supply chain partners also manage the stocks of the 400-strong fleet of bespoke vans that we operate nationally. Each vehicle is tailored to trade, property specification and seasonal demand, ensuring that our operatives carry the right parts to complete responsive repairs on the first visit wherever possible.
