In-house IT system
We take a proactive approach to planned maintenance programmes, using our MSi IT system to analyse historic repairs data in order to inform long-term planned, cyclical and preventative maintenance programmes.
MSi is also used to manage and record all planned refurbishment project delivery information, maintaining comprehensive and consistent records of documentation, project cost, progress against programme, and evidencing key performance indicators (KPIs). Our Client Portal offers our clients full access to the same level of information as our project teams, ensuring complete transparency.
